We are all geeks about something. Whether it’s music, maths, creativity, verbal or sports, we love talking about people’s real Passions, Talents, Attention & Memory and knowing more about them than just about anyone else. At Verbatoria, we “geek out” over our customers, both internal and external. Testing them and talking to them in detail about their potential is our way to express our excitement and enthusiasm for them.

We believe every person is a genius. Verbatoria’s mission is to curiously unveil human talent in Children, Teenagers and Adults. Talents are essential for easy and happy development at home, in school or at work. 90% of parents at least once in their life seek advice from a specialist to determine strengths and weaknesses, choose a hobby club or direction of development, solve difficulties in mutual understanding with a child or spouse. Neurometria is a simple 30 minutes testing with recording of the brain-waves’ activity using portable wearable neuro-sensor. An automatic server report shows a graph of strengths and weaknesses across 7 talent edges based on H. Gardner “Multiple Intelligences”. We provide the portable testing equipment as well as a 2 day on-site training followed with certification. In Verbatoria you will be empowered (and expected) to drive your own development. We believe in performance management and feedback, but we’re not rigid in terms of box checking. You will earn for impact, so partners who go above and beyond are rewarded with more revenue and growth. We all share accountability which means shared commitment to our success.
